  • Read our Manifesto.

  • Commit to going Out and About at least once a month for a year. 

  • Complete our Promise Form.

  • Upload a photo to our Instagram for each Out and About experience. Make sure the photo centers on the place and more-than-human. Use #goingoutandabout2019.

  • Spread the word throughout your community.
